PRICE OF DELIVERY
Price for delivery in Sofia is 3 leva.
The cost of delivery for the country is 6 leva.
For orders over 100 leva delivery is FREE.

Note: For the outer parts of Sofia - Bystrica Bozhurishte Botunetz, Busmantsi, Buhovo, Vladaya Voynegovtsi, Voluyak, Germany, Gnjilane, Upper Bogrov, Dobroslavtsi, Dolni Bogrov, Dolni Pasarel, rail, Jiten, Kazichene, Kokalyane, Kremikovtzi Krivina, Kubratovo, Lozen, Mirovyane, Marble, Marchaevo, him, Novi Iskar Pancharevo Podgomer, Prolesha, Svetovrachene, Seslavtsi, Chelopechene Chepintsi, Yana - the delivery is 5 leva.

Delivery
Deliveries for the Sofia region is implemented within 48 hours by courier to the store or courier Speedy, except Saturday and Sunday!
Deliveries to all other destinations is completed within 3 working days by courier Speedy, every day except Saturday and Sunday.

Order submitted after 14.00 hours are processed the next business day.

Following a receipt of the order we will contact you for conformation. Upon successful order will receive a confirmation e-mail with the contents and address where your order will be delivered.

DISCOUNTS
When shopping at the online store Baby World, the customer will receive the following discounts:
Orders over 500 leva - 3%
Orders over 1000 leva - 5%
Trade discount does not apply to goods that are in promotion.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
1. COD - Collect on Delivery. 
2. Bank transfer - the amount paid by bank transfer. The term of delivery starts after receiving the transfer.

RIGHT TO CLAIM
By law, consumer protection and trade rules, the consumer is entitled to claim for:

   1. identified gaps;
   2. product defects;
   3. inconsistent with the stated amount;
   4. inconsistent with the trade mark.

The claim is brought within five working days after the purchase of goods.

In bringing a claim the consumer may claim:

   1. replace with a new product;
   2. rebates;

In accordance with art. 59 (1) of the CPA, in case of impossibility of performance due to temporary lack of availability of goods, a fixed amount, or the right shade, and in case of delay in shipment due to waiting for new import, a new batch of production or delay in delivery to us by the importers or producers of the goods or provide delayed assembly of the contract, you will be informed via phone call or letter and if possible be offered alternative items (colors, patterns) of the same quality and price.
At each stage of design and order confirmation You may cancel your order. In the event that occurs any change in the content, value, terms and conditions for delivery of custom made, you will be informed via phone call or letter and contract will be sent if we do not receive your personal consent to the changed conditions.

Within 7 days of receipt of goods, the customer has a right to return or replace, as the following conditions are met:

   1. Keep a good presentation (product is not broken, scratched, worn, washed, ironed).
   2. There are no damages caused by misuse.
   3. Retain the original packaging, consumables and accessories, in case you had included them.
   4. Transport costs of returning the item are borne by the customer
